Untitled words from a betrayed soul.

I read all his lies, deep in his loving eyes.
I learnt all his desire, by going through the hell's fire.
I felt his pain, It nearly drove me insane.
I feared his cruel grin, I knew I would never win.
Now he rested his head, There is nothing left to be said.

To prove you wrong and scare you away.
I admit my defeat and want to be back home,
with your heart under the rose.
